Dear Human,

We all have our own past, and I don’t know much of anything about you and your life. Because we are both human, I know that we have both had our fair share of suffering. Nobody has a worry-free life. You have struggles, and you might have to deal with them by yourself. You have days when nothing seems to work out. I know this because I am a human and this is how life is.

I wish you all the best, even though you might annoy me and even when I don’t even know you. I wish you all the best, even though your nose is different than mine, even though your opinions differ from mine and even though you lead a totally different life than I do. On the surface we might be different in many ways, yet, on the inside we are alike in just as many ways. We want to be happy. We want to feel healthy in our bodies and free in our minds. We want to love and be loved. This wanting bonds us together and makes us the same.

I’m on our side, on the side of love. I might not always know how to, but I promise I will try.
