Finnish native Sanna Wikström is best known for founding and owning the largest wellbeing website in Finland, called Hidasta elämää (Slow life). She is a Master of Arts (M.A.) and a Mindfulness teacher with a background in NLP. She is a sought-after inspirational speaker and successful author. Sanna has written 7 bestselling books and designed 7 card decks, all focusing on spiritual and mental wellbeing. Four of these card decks are now available in English. Sanna is passionate about helping people find a healthy and happy balance in their lives. She lives like she teaches and works a four-day week in order to have more time for her family.
